Our commitment to keeping this site usable for everyone.
Our Commitment
We want this site to be usable by as many people as possible, including those who navigate with a keyboard, use a screen reader, or rely on magnification or high contrast settings. Accessibility is treated as part of the design work rather than something added at the end.
Conformance Status
This site is built to align with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. We test as the site changes, and we treat any gap we find as a defect to be fixed rather than an acceptable limitation.
Measures We Take
The site uses semantic headings in a logical order, descriptive alternative text for meaningful images, visible focus states, labelled form fields, and colour combinations checked for sufficient contrast. Layouts reflow for small screens and for increased text size without loss of content.
Known Limitations
Some third-party embedded content may not fully meet our accessibility standards. Where we identify an issue we cannot resolve directly, we look for an accessible alternative.
Feedback
If you encounter a barrier on this site, please tell us. Email counsel@marlowe.legal or call the office, and describe the page and what happened. We aim to respond within one business day and to fix confirmed issues promptly.
Ongoing Review
Accessibility is reviewed whenever the site changes substantially, and at regular intervals in between.
